Executive Director

Executive Director supervises all aspects of the retirement campus including the management of the departmental supervisors and administrative staff as well as the coordination of vendors and outside contractors. This position oversees all financial aspects, human resource projects, healthcare programs, and marketing agendas within the campus and operates the community in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Certified Dietary Manager

Certified Dietary Manager / Prep Cook oversees various phases of food preparation, production and service including the maintaining of all nutritional and dietary information for the admissions in the Healthcare Centers of campus. This position directs menu planning for the Healthcare Residents, oversees the Healthcare Dining Rooms and the kitchens, coordinates the services of the contract Registered Dietician, assists in the implementation of sanitary programs, and overall special diets program. This position reports to the Healthcare Administrator and coordinates with the Executive Chef for successful administration of the Healthcare Food Program.

Resident Care Directors

The RCD establishes and implements standards of resident care throughout assisted living and memory care on a 24-hour basis. This position oversees all direct care aspects, directing and evaluating of direct care personnel providing person centered care within the assisted living and memory care environments. The RCD will deliver person centered care based on the needs and interests of the residents while preserving their dignity and quality of life. The RCD oversees and provides support for the activities of daily living; including, but are not limited to, dining, housekeeping, and life enrichment, which are a part of the residents’ daily choices. The RCD is part of the care plan team and oversees implementation and evaluation of resident assessments and individualized care plans using the web-based program Vigilan. This position oversees the documentation for residents in their neighborhoods, assigns residents to nursing assistants as needed and assists in the medication management and overall healthcare programs for the residents in a neighborhood. The RCD operates healthcare services to be compliant with federal, state and local regulations. The RCD coordinates and works with community agencies, physicians, families, residents, consultants, ancillary service providers and other departments within the community under the guidance of the Healthcare Administrator/Executive Director.

Business Office Manager

Business Manager manages the administrative business aspects of the campus including payroll, accounts receivable / payable, coordinates human resource activities, maintains resident and employee files, and consults with and supports the Executive Director. This position is the principal point of contact with the management company regarding all accounting, payroll, and human resources matters, under the supervision of the Executive Director.
